What is needed to play Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2010 for the Nintendo Wii? Any other advice about the game?
I have already read that it is best played with the Motion Plus, but does it need the Wii golf club attachment? Even if it doesn't need it, can it be used with this attachment? Any other accessories needed for this game or anything else I should know before buying it for my 62 year old mom who loves to play golf and just bought a Wii?
The point is not if the extension is "worth it" or not. My mom is 62 and would feel more comfortable with something in her hand that feels more like a real golf club. She already bought the extension, thinking she could use it with Wii Sports, which she can't. I want to know if this game requires or allows for the use of it.
All those "sports" attachments do it add a piece of plastic to the end of the Wii Remote to make it look to you like a piece of sports equipment (the Wii doesn't know the difference), and block the camera on the end of the Wii Remote, which disables the on-screen pointer. With Tiger Woods '10, you can still play without using the cursor by navigating the menus with the directional pad on the Wii Remote.
The game really was designed for the Wii Remote, Wii Motion+, and nothing else.
